Federal government creates parallel profiles on the networks to circumvent TSE

On Tuesday night (28), the federal government announced the creation of “temporary networks” on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, during the period from July 2nd until the end of the 2022 Elections. In addition, as the electoral legislation prohibits any type of institutional advertising during the organizational phases of the elections, there are doubts in the government regarding the old publications made before the beginning of the electoral period, “but which would continue on the air, given the permanence character and the interactivity of social networks”, says the note.
